Background

Susan聽graduated from the University of聽Paisley in Applied Chemistry and then completed her聽MSc in聽Advanced聽Analytical Chemistry at the University of Aberdeen. Following on from this she obtained her PhD entitled 'Effect of Gamma Irradiation on the Prepolymer POLYNIMMO' at 91AV原创.聽Susan joined 91AV原创 in聽2001 as a researcher in fuel cells. Her current role is聽Chemical Laboratory Manager.


Current activities

Susan is the COSHH advisor at CDS. She manages an excellent team of technicians who support teaching activities at CDS. They assist with laboratory practicals and carry out class demonstrations for several of the courses taught at CDS.

Explosive Safety Management,

Public Engagement and Outreach,
